Anger is the emotion that comes into prominence or to the rescue when the Ego Factor is Struck. Its more of like a Self Defensive Step
There is nothing Bad and Illogical in getting Angry / enraged / agitated.
Being Human, a person is bound to walkover all the emotional Feelings or else he/she cannot be considered to be Normal.
The thing that really counts is “How do you play around with Anger – Anger Management”
There are several Factors upon which are the feeding ground for Anger
- Ego
- Confused state of mind
- Unexpected and Uncertain Situation which you never thought of facing
- Want to Utter Something but the Situation doe not permit you –> Result (as simple as it is) —> It bursts within (Anger)
Anger can be controlled by the following 3 simple Steps “ABC Approach”
- A – Antecedence
- B – Behavior
- C – Consequences
“A” – Antecedence
Having known yourself over the years try to capture the moment / instant where you feel agitated.
“B” – Behavior
The moment you get angry try to study its behavior where it wants to lead you..
“C” – Consequences
Having studied the behavior of your Anger think of the consequences you might face once led by the agitated behavior
Make a note of the ABC Pattern each time you feel agitated
Down the line this ABC Pattern can be used as a Reference to act upon the circumstances you come across.
The ABC Technique will be helpful in achieving your Long Term Goal.
But for a Quick Turnaround or Anger Management Approach the following Steps can be followed :
- Silence is the Best Weapon to Deal with Anger
- Get Isolated the moment you feel you are getting angry
- Though tough, Silence is the Best way to Deal with the Situation.
- Call your Dear friend and Bash him In and OUT about the person with whom you are getting angry. (Language no Bar and Slag no Horizon)
This is help you in bringing down the Agitation Level within controllable Limits
- Try to get hold of any Accessories around you (paper / pin). If you do ot get hold of any Stationary…Don’t Worry!!…Get Hold of your Thumb.
